Miss Alexis Jade Oxendine was born on May 2, 2015 the beautiful daughter of Jason Alexander Oxendine and Chelsea Marie Jones of Rowland. She departed this life for her Heavenly home on Monday, November 13, 2017. During her short energetic life of two years, she touched the hearts of many. She loved to laugh, play and share time with her family and many caregivers
Awaiting to greet her in Heaven was her great grandmother, Mary Ann Ball; uncle, Tony Junior Schmale and great-great grandmother, Allie Mae Haggan.
Alexis leaves behind her parents, Jason and Chelsea of the home; her grandparents, William and Porshia Oxendine, Annie Chavis all of Rowland, Duncan and Sheila Dial, Jason Jones all of Maxton; her great grandparents, Mary Oxendine of Lumberton, Hugh and Magnolia Gist of Rowland,Harland and Bracy Jones of Maxton;her many caregivers and a host of loving family.
Services to celebrate her life will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will follow the service in Little Zion Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Saturday evening, 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Richard Boles Funeral Service.
Memorial donations are requested to be given for the family at P.O. Box 1913, Laurinburg, NC 28353.
